Rupert Morris
From July 1990 to December 2011, Rupert worked in the Banking and Finance Industry. Based in Frankfurt, Hong Kong and London, he specialised in developing sales teams in new and emerging markets. Rupert has spent the last eight years Angel investing and working with start-ups. In May 2019, Rupert teamed up with Andrew Copeland and founded Cannabiz Ltd.

Andrew Copeland
After studying law, Andrew moved into sports marketing and management and then headed straight into the advertising world in 1995. He has since been involved with the brand development and marketing of some of the top global brands in the health, logistics and tech fields - from both a creative and a strategic viewpoint. In 2008, he founded One Thread Advertising in South Africa, which expanded to the UK in 2013. His perspective on target markets, brands and business gap analysis is both sought after and well respected.
Currently, he sits on 5 boards of directors covering marketing, printing and the health industry.
